His ‘nose to tail’ and sustainable fish philosophy makes for incredibly inventive menus - a play of the senses that has made a meal at his Paddington eatery St Peter truly unforgettable (and hard to secure).

As part of this year’s Robb Report Culinary Masters, we’re excited to have Josh host an unforgettable dinner experience bound to an exclusively curated RR menu.
